Slice Stool, Round, White Stone

The Cast Naturals Collection highlights our skills at taking an innovative material and making it feel as if it sprang from Nature. The Slice Round White Stone Stool is made of composite that has been molded to look like a piece of aged wood that it took nature eons to create, then covered in a chalky white stone finish. It is so convincing to the eye because it was cast from a real wood stool, and it is weather-worthy for placing out of doors. This piece is the perfect representation of the Phillips Collection ethos: modern organic. We have a number of offerings in this material that exhibit the shapes of natural wood and stone.

The Roman Stone finish is formed with natural crushed stone, therefore each piece may vary in coloration ranging between light and dark tones. These differences come from the tint of the natural stones with which the finish is produced. As a result, our Roman Stone items are bestowed with unique traits that give each piece their own distinct character.

Due to the natural stone used in this product, small hairline cracks may be present and are considered normal. These small hairlines can only be seen close up and are not a cause for concern.
